Job Context
Brand Builders Limited (BBL) is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Officer to expand our corporate client base and drive sales growth.
Work Type: 100% Field-Based / On-Site
Key Responsibilities
Visit corporate clients, conduct meetings, present solutions, and close sales.
Build strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
Handle objections, negotiate, and convert prospects into clients.
Update CRM records and submit daily activity reports.
Achieve assigned sales and KPI targets.
Job Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Sales, Field Sales, or Direct Marketing preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to travel for client visits.
