Core Technical Skills:

• Strong mastery of PHP, OOP concepts, and software design patterns (specifically Repository Pattern).

• In-depth knowledge of ReactJS/NextJS core principles, SSR/SSG concepts, and state management using Redux.

• Solid background in RESTful API design and database schema design (SQL & NoSQL).

• Advanced proficiency with Git and standard version control workflows.

Performance & Data Optimization:

• Demonstrated track record of handling and processing medium-to-large-scale datasets (5k–50k+ records) efficiently.

• Strong database query optimization, indexing, and overall backend performance tuning skills.

• Excellent debugging skills with the ability to quickly analyze and fix issues in complex codebases.

Mindset & Ownership:

• Self-starter attitude—able to deliver features quickly with minimal supervision and guidance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills:

• capable of breaking down complex engineering requirements.

• High level of personal accountability and focus on meeting project deadlines.

Bonus / Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Practical experience or familiarity with SaaS applications and multi-tenant architecture.Conceptual understanding of microservices or event-driven architecture.

1. Develop, test, and deploy robust, high-quality web applications using Laravel, ReactJS, and NextJS.

2. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following OOP principles and best coding standards.

3. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA engineers.

4. Analyze, debug, and optimize database queries and system performance for medium-to-large-scale datasets (5k–50k+ records).

5. Quickly adapt to and maintain existing codebases with minimal guidance.

6. Take full ownership of tasks, meet tight project deadlines, and prioritize deliverables efficiently.
