Responsibilities & Context:
- Maintain daily accounting transactions and ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Maintain cash book and conduct regular cash reconciliation.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and financial record keeping.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Support budgeting, expense tracking, and cost control.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
