Experience:

• At least 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Shipping, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Clearing and Forwarding (C and F) Companies, Multinational Companies, Freight forwarding, Group of Companies, Port Service

• Bachelor/Honors

• Qualified CMA/ACMA is mandatory.

• At least 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Shipping, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Clearing and Forwarding (C and F) Companies, Multinational Companies, Freight forwarding, Group of Companies, Port Service

• Age At least 32 years

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of TAX/VAT regulations and corporate laws.

• Strong internal audit and financial compliance experience is mandatory.

• Excellent Analytical and accounting software Knowledge.

• Establish an effective cost-control framework for the organization.

• Conduct regular internal audits across the company verticals and branches

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial risk management strategies.

• Design, review and enhance internal control systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Ensure full compliance with VAT, Income Tax, and all regulatory laws.

• Provide strategic financial analysis to support business decision-making

• Coordinate with external audits during annual statutory audits

• Prepare the company’s annual budget and financial forecasts.

• Handle any other financial tasks assigned by the management.
