Job Summary

PROTTYASHI, a national social development organization, has been working for the development of disadvantaged populations across Bangladesh since its establishment. As part of its commitment to digital transformation, innovation, and organizational excellence, PROTTYASHI seeks a qualified and experienced Program Officer - Web Developer to lead the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of the organization's websites, web applications, and digital platforms. This role combines full-stack web development with WordPress/e-commerce customization, DevOps-adjacent responsibilities, and systems integration (ERP/CRM, AI APIs). The listed backend technologies (Node.js, PHP, Python, .NET) are presented as interchangeable, suggesting stack flexibility rather than a single fixed technology choice. The breadth of required skills is broad for a 4–6-year experience band; core web development skills should be treated as essential, while DevOps, ERP/CRM, and AI integration items are best read as preferred/nice-to-have.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications.
• Design and implement front-end interfaces using modern frameworks.
• Develop robust back-end services and RESTful APIs.
• Design, optimize, and maintain databases.
• Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways.
• Ensure website security, performance, and scalability.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
