Responsibilities & Context:
• Provide technical support for enterprise systems, MIS platforms, and internal software applications.
• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, operating systems, and peripheral devices.
• Support and monitor network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and wireless networks.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Assist in maintaining servers, databases, and user access management.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports and operational data to support management decision-making.
• Collaborate with IT teams on system upgrades, network optimization, and technology improvements.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, network setups, and support activities.
• Ensure data accuracy, system security, and compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Provide user guidance and support for effective utilization of IT systems.
