Rankinsoft, a sister concern of Aus Bangla Jutext, is looking for a skilled ETL & Integration Engineer with 3–5 years of professional experience in enterprise data integration and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SSIS, MS SQL Server, SSRS, Boomi Integration, and VisualCron, along with experience in the Employee Benefits domain.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot ETL processes using SSIS.

• Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and data transformation processes using MS SQL Server.

• Develop and maintain reports using SSRS.

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations using Dell Boomi.

• Configure, monitor, and maintain automated workflows and scheduled jobs using VisualCron.

• Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and loading across multiple systems.

• Troubleshoot production issues related to ETL processes, integrations, scheduled jobs, and data.

• Analyze integration failures and implement appropriate fixes.

• Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Maintain technical documentation for integrations, ETL workflows, data mappings, and processes.

• Support existing enterprise applications and integration infrastructure.
