Position Overview: As our business continues to expand across Bangladesh, we are strengthening both our sales and technical support structure.

The Pre-Sales Engineer works closely with SI & ISP and leads SMB project-based sales

This role serves as a core technical position responsible for developing and driving project-based technical solutions, while supporting SI partners in successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with local SI & ISP partners and build strong technical relationships.

• Design network solutions for SMB projects (Switches, APs, Gateways, etc.).

• Prepare technical proposals, network diagrams, and product selection documents.

• Conduct technical presentations, solution briefings, and bidding support.

• Coordinate with sales teams, channel partners, and headquarters to drive project progress.

• Deliver technical training sessions and workshops for SI partners.

• Collect project feedback and continuously improve local solution strategies.
