Symphony Mobile (A concern of Edison Group) is looking for a dynamic and creative professional for the post of Project Manager – Software Testing for Product Management Department.

The Project Manager – Software Testing is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing software testing activities for smartphone and feature (bar) phone products throughout the product development lifecycle. The role ensures software quality, functionality, stability, performance, and compliance with business and customer requirements before commercial launch. The incumbent collaborates closely with Product Management, Software Development, R&D, Factory, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.

• Lead and manage the Software Testing team for smartphone and feature phone projects.

• Plan and manage software testing activities, schedules, and deliverables.

• Coordinate testing with R&D, Software, Factory, QA, and cross-functional teams.

• Review product requirements and ensure complete feature validation.

• Ensure functional, performance, compatibility, stability, and UAT testing before release.

• Monitor defects, coordinate issue resolution, and ensure software quality.

• Track project timelines, milestones, and release readiness.

• Ensure compliance with product specifications and quality standards.

• Prepare testing reports and project status updates.

• Support product certification, factory validation, and commercial launch.

• Drive continuous improvement in software testing and quality processes.
