Symphony Mobile (A concern of Edison Group) is looking for a dynamic and creative professional for the post of Executive – Product User Experience for Product Management Department.

The Executive – Product User Experience supports the Product Management team by collecting and analyzing customer insights, conducting user research, monitoring product performance, and assisting in improving the overall user experience of smartphones and mobile devices. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet customer needs and deliver an intuitive, high-quality user experience.

• Evaluate UX Software for both ongoing and potential models.

• Implement recommended solutions within the PDS deadline.

• Research & report new OS's features & functionalities.

• Need to cross check the device performance between Factory samples and UE sample  as per UE confirmed based on final software. 

• Ensure the project wise requirements ( features and functionalities).

• Provide marketing material.
