Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in PHP and Laravel framework
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture
• Expertise in MySQL, including query optimization and database design
• Proven experience in developing REST APIs
• Experience with payment gateway integrations
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git (GitHub/GitLab)
• Basic knowledge of Linux servers and deployment processes
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks)
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and scalability practices
• Experience in system integration (ERP or third-party services)

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Python and Django.

• Develop and enhance ERP modules for HR, Production, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Finance, Customer Management and Restaurants POS.

• Maintain and improve the existing ERP system and company website by developing new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.

• Design and optimize MySQL database schemas, write complex SQL queries, and improve database performance.

• Generate dynamic reports and PDFs using ReportLab, HTML-to-PDF libraries, or similar tools.

• Design, develop, document, and maintain RESTful APIs.

• Integrate third-party and internal APIs with existing systems.

• Integrate payment gateways (e.g., SSLCommerz, Stripe, or similar providers).

• Integrate SMS gateways for OTPs, notifications, and alerts.

• Develop integrations between the ERP system, website, mobile applications, and other internal or external platforms.

• Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application and production issues efficiently.

• Develop and integrate frontend functionality using JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.

• Provide ongoing technical support, bug fixes, maintenance, and enhancements for existing applications.

• Collaborate with QA engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Ensure application security, data integrity, system scalability, and overall performance.
