We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Assistant Manager, IT to provide comprehensive technical support for both office operations and event environments. The role involves managing IT infrastructure, supporting exhibition setups, and maintaining CRM. The ideal candidate will ensure system efficiency and support business growth through technology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide comprehensive daily technical support to office staff, addressing hardware, software, and networking issues promptly.
· Ensure optimal performance and security of all IT systems, including email servers and cloud platforms.
· Oversee data backup and disaster recovery processes to safeguard critical company information.
· Collaborate with event teams to plan and implement IT setups at exhibition venues, including Wi-Fi networks, registration counters, digital displays, and so on.
· Configure, deploy, and maintain office network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points.
· Install, configure, and manage event-related software such as visitor registration systems, lead retrieval tools, and badge printing solutions.
· Deliver real-time technical support during exhibitions to guarantee uninterrupted operations.
· Maintain, update, and optimize CRM and event management systems used by the organization.
· Support the development and customization of software tools related to event registration, ticketing, and exhibitor management.
· Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with corporate policies and industry standards.
· Liaise with IT vendors for procurement, maintenance, and technical support services.
· Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, software licenses, and warranties.
· Manage corporate payment gateways and transactions for company software subscriptions and SaaS services.
· Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to guarantee high network availability, security, and uptime during business hours.
· Administer Google Workspace (business email accounts), Microsoft 365, and the company-wide software licensing lifecycle.
· Configure and support enterprise virtual meeting and collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, DingTalk).
· Deploy and integrate event registration software with peripheral hardware, including printers, badge scanners, and registration terminals.
· Provide hands-on hardware diagnostics, desktop computer assembly, and troubleshooting for office printers and IT peripherals.
· Administer and maintain office biometric attendance and access control systems, including employee fingerprint enrollment and device setup.
· Manage user on boarding and off-boarding workflows, including user account creation/deletion, de-provisioning, and role-based access controls.
· Support digital marketing initiatives with a basic understanding of online tools, platforms, and technical requirements.
