We are a Microsoft-first organization, with our core operations built around the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, Power Apps, and other Microsoft cloud technologies.

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to lead the development of business automation solutions, maintain our web presence, and build technology that improves productivity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain workflow automation using Microsoft Power Automate (Microsoft Flow) and the Microsoft 365 platform.

• Develop browser automation solutions using Selenium WebDriver for web-based business processes.

• Build custom automation solutions integrating Microsoft 365, third-party applications, and cloud services.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the company's public website and internal web applications.

• Create and maintain SharePoint-based business solutions and internal portals.

• Develop Power Apps and other Microsoft-based applications to support business operations.

• Integrate APIs and external systems to automate accounting, payroll, tax, CRM, and document management processes.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows and web applications.

• Document technical solutions and provide ongoing support for implemented systems.

• Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for digital transformation and process automation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Flow) and Microsoft 365 automation.

• Experience developing Power Apps and working with SharePoint Online.

• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for browser automation.

• Strong programming skills in Python, C#, or .NET.

• Experience developing responsive websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks.

• Experience working with REST APIs and cloud-based integrations.

• Good knowledge of SQL databases and data integration.

• Experience using Git and modern software development practices.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services.

• Experience with Microsoft Graph API.

• Familiarity with Power BI and data visualization.

• Experience with AI technologies, OpenAI APIs, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or AI agents.

• Experience with OCR, PDF processing, and document automation.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices within the Microsoft ecosystem.
