• HSC
• SSC

• Age 20 to 40 years

Duty on Site for Construction Site, Materials checking, Maintaining of Labor, Payment to daily Labor, daily report to management, following daily toll plaza operations, manages booth operators, handles cash and digital revenue reconciliation, ensures smooth traffic movement, and resolves technical or customer disputes according to the employer's standard operating procedures

Operations and Traffic Management

·         Oversee shift rotations and daily opening/closing of toll booths.

·         Prevent traffic congestion by keeping lanes moving smoothly.

·         Coordinate with highway authorities or security during emergencies.

Staff Supervision

·         Supervise toll collectors and administrative personnel.

·         Provide operational training and monitor staff performance.

·         Ensure strict discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct.

Revenue and Financial Reconciliation

·         Verify and balance shift-wise cash collections and digital/electronic toll receipts.

·         Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial collection reports.

·         Hand over reconciled revenue securely to the accounts or finance department.

System and Equipment Maintenance

·         Monitor electronic toll collection (ETC) systems, barrier gates, and computers.

·         Report software or hardware faults immediately to technical teams.
