• Minimum 1–2 years of practical software testing experience is preferred.

• Fresh graduates with relevant SQA training and strong practical testing skills may also apply.

• Strong understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.

• Practical experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.

• Ability to write clear test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports.

• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.

• Experience with functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing.

• Experience testing REST APIs using Postman.

• Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation.

• Familiarity with browser developer tools.

• Experience using bug-tracking or project-management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Additional Skills That Will Be Considered an Advantage

• Experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Appium.

• Basic knowledge of performance testing using JMeter or similar tools.

• Understanding of software security and vulnerability testing.

• Experience testing SaaS, ERP, CRM, school management, or other management systems.

• Familiarity with Django, React.js, or React Native applications.

• Experience working in an Agile or Scrum development environment.

Job Context

Eureka AI Limited is looking for a detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of our web and mobile applications.

The selected candidate will work closely with Django, React.js, and React Native developers to identify issues, improve product quality, and ensure smooth software releases.

Job Responsibilities

• Review software requirements and identify possible gaps or issues.

• Prepare test plans, test scenarios, checklists, and detailed test cases.

• Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, usability, and compatibility testing.

• Test web applications across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes.

• Test Android and iOS mobile applications.

• Test REST APIs using Postman or similar tools.

• Validate database records and application data when necessary.

• Identify, document, and report bugs with clear steps, screenshots, videos, and relevant evidence.

• Track reported issues and verify fixes provided by developers.

• Collaborate with developers and product teams throughout the development process.

• Perform complete testing before production releases.

• Monitor production issues and help reproduce reported problems.

• Maintain testing documentation and quality reports.

• Ensure released features meet functional and business requirements.
