JOB CONTEXT

Brother's Technology System is looking for a skilled, responsible, and enthusiastic CCTV Technician to join our technical team. If you have practical experience with CCTV, IP Camera, PABX, IP Phone, and Access Control Systems and are eager to learn new technologies to advance your career, we highly encourage you to apply.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

•   Perform and manage all types of cabling and wiring work required for CCTV, IP Camera, PABX, IP Phone, and Access Control Systems.

•   Install, configure, and maintain CCTV Camera systems perfectly.

•   Install, configure, and troubleshoot IP Camera systems.

•   Install, configure, and maintain PABX Systems.

•   Install and configure IP Phone systems.

•   Install, configure, and maintain Access Control Systems.

•   Provide efficient onsite installation, maintenance, and technical support at customer locations.

•   Diagnose and assist in resolving basic IT networking issues.

•   Continuously learn about new devices and technologies to improve professional technical skills.

•   Follow company policies, procedures, and successfully execute assigned responsibilities.

•   Coordinate closely with team members to complete tasks efficiently and on time.

EMPLOYMENT STATUS & WORKPLACE

•   Employment Status: Full-time

•   Workplace: Dual mode - Work at Office & Field Work (Customer Site Visits as required).

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

•   Minimum HSC or Diploma or Bachelor/Honors.

•   Candidates with certifications/degrees in IT, Electronics, Electrical, Computer, Networking, or relevant Trade Courses will be given strong preference.

EXPERIENCE & ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

•   Age 20 to 30 years.

•   Only Male Candidate are allow to apply this job.

•   At least 1–2 years of real-world practical experience in CCTV, IP Camera, PABX, IP Phone, or Access Control Systems.

•   Basic core knowledge of IT and computer operations. Networking conceptual knowledge is a distinct advantage.

•   Knowing Electrical work is highly preferable.

•   Well-mannered, honest, highly responsible, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•   Strong willingness to learn new technologies and robust troubleshooting/problem-solving abilities.

•   Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively part of a dedicated team.
