Responsibilities & Context:
Chatbot & Agent Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable chatbots and multi-agent systems tailored for e-commerce (e.g., product discovery, order tracking, returns, personalized recommendations).
System Integration: Integrate LLM-powered agents and chatbots with existing e-commerce infrastructure (e.g., Shopify, Magento, custom backend APIs, ERPs, CRM systems).
RAG & Context Management: Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector databases to allow AI agents to securely query product catalogs, user histories, and support documentation in real time.
Optimization & Performance: Fine-tune models, optimize prompt engineering, and implement guardrails to ensure high accuracy, low latency, safe responses, and minimal hallucination.
Analytics & Iteration: Establish continuous evaluation metrics (accuracy, user sentiment, resolution rate) to iterate on agent behavior and improve conversational flows.
