  • Experience in front desk management, reception, customer service, corporate office administration, or client-facing roles will be preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.

  • Smart, presentable, polite, and confident personality.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

  • Good telephone manners and professional communication etiquette.

  • Ability to handle visitors, guests, and official communication with patience and professionalism.

  • Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, email, and internet browsing.

  • Must be punctual, disciplined, organized, responsible, and service-oriented.

  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.



Responsibilities & Context:

Omicon Group of Industries is looking for a smart, well-presented, and professional Front Desk Executive to manage front desk operations and ensure a positive first impression for visitors, guests, clients, and employees.

The selected candidate will be responsible for receiving visitors, handling phone calls, maintaining front desk discipline, coordinating with departments, and supporting day-to-day administrative communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and welcome visitors, guests, clients, and officials in a professional manner.

  • Handle incoming phone calls, transfer calls to the concerned person or department, and maintain proper communication records.

  • Manage visitor entry, appointment schedules, meeting room coordination, and front desk register.

  • Provide accurate information to visitors and guide them to the appropriate department or person.

  • Coordinate with HR, Admin, Management Office, and other departments for daily front desk and office communication.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times.

  • Receive letters, documents, parcels, and courier items and ensure proper handover to the

  • concerned department. Support internal communication, guest hospitality, and meeting arrangements when required.

  • Maintain confidentiality of company information, visitor details, and internal communication.

  • Ensure proper office etiquette, discipline, and professional behavior at the front desk.

  • Assist in basic administrative tasks assigned by the reporting supervisor.
