Experience:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Management, or relevant discipline.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce, online business, digital sales, digital marketing, marketplace management, or related field.
Experience in retail e-commerce, online sales, marketplace operations, digital commerce, or online lead generation will be preferred.
Practical knowledge of website operations, product listing. campaign planning, customer journey, order management, and online sales reporting.
Experience in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, social commerce, CRM, analytics, and lead generation will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and online sales growth.
Ability to plan campaigns, generate leads, and improve conversion.
Good coordination skills with marketing, sales, IT, inventory content, and customer service teams.
Strong reporting, analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with multiple business units and manage different online business priorities.
Must be target-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Job Context: Omicon Group is looking for an experienced, business-focused, and growth-oriented professional for the position of Manager -E-Commerce & Online Business Growth.
The selected candidate will manage and grow the Group's e-commerce, online sales, digital commerce, customer acquisition, and lead generation activities across multiple business units.
The role requires practical experience in e-commerce operations, online sales growth, campaign planning, customer journey improvement, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
Job Requirements: This is a full-time position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The candidate may need to coordinate with different business units, internal teams, external partners, and digital platforms as per business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead e-commerce and online business activities across the Group.
Develop online sales growth plans, digital commerce strategies, and performance targets.
Plan and execute campaigns, offers, product launches, and digital growth activities.
Ensure product listing, pricing, stock updates, category placement, content quality, and visual presentation.
Monitor website performance, customer journey, order flow, conversion, abandoned carts, inquiries, and sales results.
Support online lead generation, inquiry management, and digital customer acquisition.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, content, graphics, customer service, inventory, IT, and operations teams.
Work with marketplaces, social commerce channels, online partners, and digital platforms.
Track customer behavior, market trends, competitors, and digital business opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on sales, campaign performance, lead generation, customer response, challenges, and action plans.
Recommend improvements for website, customer service, payment, delivery, CRM, automation, and overall e-commerce processes.
Set and monitor KPIs, sales targets, lead targets, and performance indicators.
