• Practical knowledge of publication operations, book production, sales channels, and market development.

• Institutional business or tender/procurement experience will be an advantage.

• Good communication, coordination, reporting, and leadership skills.

• Must be responsible, target-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.

Position Summary: Omicon Group is looking for an experienced, business-focused professional to manage publication operations, coordinate multiple publication units, and grow institutional business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities across all publication units.

• Work with editorial, design, printing, sales, and distribution teams.

• Support book planning, production, promotion, and distribution.

• Participate in book fairs and market development activities.

• Develop institutional business with schools, universities, government/private organizations, and corporate clients.

• Monitor tenders and procurement notices; prepare proposals and required documents.

• Build professional relationships and ensure reporting, follow-up, and target achievement.

This is a full-time position based at Motijheel, Dhaka. Travel may be required as per business needs.
