Responsibilities & Context:

Akij Food & Beverage Ltd. (AFBL) is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the Outdoor Management team. The incumbent will be responsible for managing and monitoring outdoor brand visibility activities across different locations, ensuring proper execution, maintenance, and visibility of outdoor branding materials in line with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all outdoor brand visibility activities across assigned locations.

• Ensure proper execution and installation of outdoor branding materials such as signboards, billboards, wall branding, shop branding, canopies, kiosks, and other visibility materials.

• Conduct regular market visits to monitor the quality, visibility, positioning, and condition of outdoor branding.

• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for timely execution of outdoor branding projects.

• Monitor the maintenance, repair, replacement, and upkeep of existing outdoor branding materials.

• Ensure all outdoor visibility activities are executed according to approved brand guidelines and specifications.

• Verify completed outdoor branding work and coordinate necessary corrections where required.

• Maintain records and databases of outdoor branding assets, locations, installations, and maintenance activities.

• Prepare regular reports on outdoor visibility activities, market observations, project progress, and expenditures.

• Monitor and support outdoor branding-related budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.

• Identify opportunities for improving brand visibility in different markets and locations.

• Support the execution of outdoor campaigns, promotional activities, and special branding projects.

• Coordinate with Regional Officers and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of outdoor visibility initiatives.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
