About the Internship:

• We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Management Intern to join our team. This internship will give you hands-on experience in managing multiple social media platforms, content planning, and audience engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and schedule content across all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X)

• Assist in designing basic graphics, reels, and thumbnails suited to each platform's format

• Monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares) and respond to audience queries across platforms

• Track page/channel performance on each platform and prepare weekly insight reports

• Research trending content, hashtags, and platform-specific algorithms relevant to our niche

• Support the team in brainstorming content strategies tailored to different platforms

• Coordinate with the content/design team for timely, platform-optimised publishing

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field

• Working knowledge of all major social media platforms — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X — including their unique content formats and best practices

• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar design/editing tools is a plus

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, multi-platform environment
