𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲:
● Act as the on-camera face and brand representative of PaiMart across digital platforms.
● Create and appear in short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other relevant platforms.
● Host regular Facebook/Instagram Live sessions to engage with customers and promote PaiMart.
● Present products, campaigns, discounts, membership benefits, new launches and special offers in an engaging way.
● Participate in promotional campaigns, seasonal campaigns, Member Days and other PaiMart activations.
● Develop creative video concepts, hooks and content ideas together with the marketing team.
● Interact naturally with customers through comments, live sessions and social content.
● Create content that feels authentic, entertaining and relatable, rather than overly scripted advertising.
● Collaborate with the marketing, category and design teams to execute content campaigns.
● Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, sounds and content styles relevant to the Bangladesh market.
● Represent PaiMart professionally at events, activations and promotional activities when required.
● Help increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, video views, live viewers and ultimately customer conversion.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration or Marketing).
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 + 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 + 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 + 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 + 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆
● Confident, energetic and comfortable speaking in front of a camera and live audience.
● Strong Bengali communication skills; good English communication is an advantage.
● Comfortable doing live sessions without relying heavily on scripts.
● Good understanding of Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube content.
● Strong awareness of current social media trends and viral content.
● Previous experience as a content creator, presenter, host, influencer, live seller, media personality or brand ambassador is preferred.
● Willingness to appear regularly in PaiMart by PaiNest's social media content.
