Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, English, Media Studies, Journalism, or a related field.

• 1. Social Media Content

  • Develop creative and engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms.

  • Write captions, post copies, campaign messages, promotional content, and short-form content.

  • Support the development of content calendars and monthly social media plans.

  • Research trending topics, formats, and content ideas relevant to gardening, plants, landscaping, sustainability, and urban greenery.

  • Assist in developing content for special days, seasonal campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

  2. Website Content

  • Write and update website content, including product descriptions, service descriptions, blogs, and promotional pages.

  • Review existing website content and suggest improvements in language, structure, and readability.

  • Conduct basic keyword research and support SEO-friendly content writing.

  • Coordinate with the marketing/design team to ensure website content is aligned with brand communication.

  3. Content Development

  • Develop ideas for reels, videos, blogs, articles, carousel posts, and other digital content.

  • Prepare creative briefs and content scripts for videos and social media campaigns.

  • Assist in collecting information from internal teams to develop accurate product and service content.

  • Support content development for exhibitions, tree fairs, campaigns, and other marketing activities.

  4. Research & Copywriting

  • Conduct research on gardening, plants, landscaping, sustainability, agriculture, and related topics.

  • Convert technical or product information into simple, engaging, and customer-friendly communication.

  • Proofread and edit marketing materials for grammar, spelling, tone, and consistency.

  • Maintain consistency with BRAC Nursery Enterprise's brand tone and communication guidelines.

  5. Marketing Support

  • Support the Marketing Team in campaign execution and digital communication activities.

  • Assist in preparing marketing presentations, reports, and campaign materials when required.

  • Coordinate with the design, sales, product, and other relevant teams for content requirements.

  • Support event and activation-related content development.
