About the Opportunity

I am looking for a creative, reliable, and hands-on Videographer, Video Editor & Content Strategist to work directly with me on my personal brand and content creation. You will manage the entire production cycle from start to finish brainstorming concepts, writing scripts, shooting the videos with me in person, editing for high retention, and managing cross platform distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Idea Ideation & Scriptwriting: Brainstorm content concepts together, structure talking points, and write engaging, hook-driven video scripts based on shared ideas.

• On-Site Video Shooting: Set up recording equipment, optimize lighting, manage audio, frame shots, and record the video footage during our shooting sessions.

• End-to-End Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, dynamic formats—including short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and long-form content.

• Visual & Audio Enhancements: Integrate motion graphics, kinetic typography, b-roll, pacing cuts, sound design, and color grading to maximize viewer retention.

• Close Collaboration & Feedback: Work directly alongside me through continuous, rapid feedback loops to refine scripts, shoots, and edits.

• Social Media Management: Schedule and publish content across platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), draft optimized captions, select strategic hashtags, and track audience engagement metrics.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with video cameras, smartphone rigs, studio lighting setups, and microphone/audio management.

• High proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut (Desktop).

• Proven understanding of framing, camera angles, pacing, hooks, and retention strategies for social media audiences.

• Ability to craft clear, engaging video scripts and social media copy.

• Receptive to constructive feedback with a quick turnaround time.

• Must be able to work full-time on-site in Khulna.
