Job Overview

  • Work Hours: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (GMT+6 / Bangladesh Time)

  • Job Location: On-site (House 352, Road 2, Sonadanga 2nd Phase, Khulna)

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely, professional, and clear updates regarding their profiles and ongoing processes.

  • Dashboard & Profile Management: Regularly update client profiles, monitor system dashboards, and ensure all user data is accurate and up to date.

  • Information Dissemination: Broadcast company news, updates, and important announcements directly to clients through appropriate channels.

  • Issue Resolution & Support: Assist clients with daily operational hurdles, account issues, and help resolve any delays or bottlenecks efficiently.

  • Data & Document Management: Organize, review, and maintain customer logs, data sheets, and official digital documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Must be highly fluent in English (both written and spoken), as the majority of our clients are international and communicate primarily in English.

  • Computer Literacy: Excellent hands-on computer operational skills with a strong technical aptitude.

  • Software Expertise: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) for data logging and Adobe Acrobat for managing and editing PDF documentation.

  • Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills, active listening, and a patient, problem-solving mindset.

  • Availability: Fully comfortable working the designated on-site afternoon/night shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM BST in Khulna.
