Education:
  • Minimum HSC in any discipline.

  • Candidates with a Graduation/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline will be given preference.

  • Additional training/certification in Security Management, Safety, Fire Safety, Risk Management, or related fields will be an advantage.

  • Basic computer proficiency is required; knowledge of MS Office and Oracle/ERP systems will be preferred.

  • Age At least 24 years
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in security operations, preferably in RMG/manufacturing or corporate organizations.

  • Retired Army personnel, particularly those with the rank of Sergeant or above, will be given preference.

  • Experience in CCTV, access control, incident management, and security team supervision.

  • Knowledge of security, safety, compliance, and factory security protocols.

  • Experience coordinating with law enforcement agencies and security service providers will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage overall factory security operations and security personnel.

  • Monitor CCTV, access control, visitor management, and gate security.

  • Ensure proper factory lock-up, opening, gate-pass, and goods movement procedures.

  • Conduct security training, drills, and awareness programs for security staff.

  • Investigate security incidents and ensure timely corrective actions.

  • Coordinate with IT, Maintenance, Administration, and local law enforcement agencies when required.

  • Maintain security records, registers, reports, and compliance documentation.

  • Prepare regular security status reports for management.

  • Ensure security policies and procedures are properly implemented across the factory.
