Experience:
Minimum HSC in any discipline.
Candidates with a Graduation/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline will be given preference.
Additional training/certification in Security Management, Safety, Fire Safety, Risk Management, or related fields will be an advantage.
Basic computer proficiency is required; knowledge of MS Office and Oracle/ERP systems will be preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in security operations, preferably in RMG/manufacturing or corporate organizations.
Retired Army personnel, particularly those with the rank of Sergeant or above, will be given preference.
Experience in CCTV, access control, incident management, and security team supervision.
Knowledge of security, safety, compliance, and factory security protocols.
Experience coordinating with law enforcement agencies and security service providers will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities
Supervise and manage overall factory security operations and security personnel.
Monitor CCTV, access control, visitor management, and gate security.
Ensure proper factory lock-up, opening, gate-pass, and goods movement procedures.
Conduct security training, drills, and awareness programs for security staff.
Investigate security incidents and ensure timely corrective actions.
Coordinate with IT, Maintenance, Administration, and local law enforcement agencies when required.
Maintain security records, registers, reports, and compliance documentation.
Prepare regular security status reports for management.
Ensure security policies and procedures are properly implemented across the factory.
