Responsibilities & Context:
Operational Supervision: Oversee daily deployments of security personnel and support staff across client sites, ensuring strict adherence to post orders and operational standards.
Client Engagement: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, conducting regular site visits, gathering feedback, and resolving service-related issues promptly.
Staff Management & Discipline: Supervise field inspectors, supervisors, and guards; monitor attendance, uniform compliance, grooming, and performance.
Incident Management: Handle operational emergencies, security breaches, or site disruptions immediately, reporting findings and corrective actions to senior management.
Training & Onboarding: Assist in conducting briefing sessions, site-specific orientations, and refresher training for deployed personnel.
Roster & Logistics Control: Coordinate duty rosters, shift rotations, and logistics equipment (e.g., communication gear, uniforms, inspection vehicles) to maintain seamless operational coverage.
Reporting & Auditing: Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports, site inspection logs, and billing validation data for higher management.
