Minimum Bachelor`s Degree from a recognized university.

Candidates with relevant security management certifications will receive preference.

Candidate should be work in factory

Preference will be given to candidates with Bangladesh Army experience .

Experience in supervising security operations at manufacturing industries or multinational organizations will be an added advantage.

Excellent discipline, integrity, and decision-making ability.

Sound knowledge of security operations, access control, and emergency response procedures.

Familiarity with monitoring systems, visitor management and incident investigation.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations effectively.

Physically fit with strong observational skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Report Writing).

Willingness to work in rotating shifts, weekends or public holidays when required.

We are seeking a Head of Security (A well known Plant) who has initiative, drive and self-motivation to take challenge to deliver high quality results.

Coordinates company`s security program and policies that balance tactical goals, resource efficiency, and application. Ensures a safe workplace and corporate compliance, investigates irregularities; fixes them, and offers internal or external security measures for specific activities. Develops awareness through contextual analysis and participatory risk assessment (for both hazards and threats) to assist in making decisions about security and related operations. Protects highly confidential business information and create tools to help with administrative tasks related to personnel security. Serves as the main coordinator/ Point of Contact (POC) of the company for internal and external community building, disaster recovery, conflict resolution, social regulatory issues, etc. To monitor & supervise overall management of Security personnel of the factories. To make liaison with the emergency service, police, ambulance and fire service to resolve issues and maintain security and services Pro-actively ensuring the protection and safety of properties/assets, management and employee of the company Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for management, employees and visitors To follow up the different types of registers (Guard`s Duty Roster, Vehicle, Officer`s in/Out, Visitor, Key register etc.) Integrates electronic systems like alarms, fire alarm, access control, CCTV, etc. with physical security to create a comprehensive surveillance system. To ensure the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely, smartly, and dedicatedly Pro-actively ensuring the protection and safety of properties/assets, management and employee of the factories Responding to emergency situation (if any). Preventing and detecting offenses in factories (if any). Making sure that no unauthorized personnel enter into factory area. Accurately updating related records and roaster. To take different type of modern initiatives to prevent theft activities of factory. Any other task assigned by the management time to time.
