Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facility operations and ensure uninterrupted building services.

• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, generator, lift, fire protection, plumbing, and other MEP systems.

• Monitor BMS, CCTV, access control, security, parking, and other facility management systems.

• Ensure proper operation and regular inspection of electrical equipment, panels, DBs/ SDBs, generators, pumps, and related systems.

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely resolution of breakdowns.

• Supervise facility staff, technicians, security personnel, cleaners, gardeners, and other support teams.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance, repair, and facility-related works.

• Coordinate vendor selection, quotation comparison, service contracts, and timely payment coordination.

• Ensure compliance with safety, fire protection, security, and other applicable facility standards.

• Monitor facility-related expenses, maintenance budgets, inventory, and spare parts.

• Maintain maintenance records, logbooks, inspection reports, service schedules, and other relevant documentation.

• Coordinate with management, tenants/clients, and relevant stakeholders to address facility-related issues and complaints.

• Identify operational risks and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive measures.

• Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall workplace standards.
