প্রার্থীকে অবশ্যই বৃহৎ শিল্প প্রতিষ্ঠান/কারখানার নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থাপনায় অভিজ্ঞ হতে হবে।
বাংলাদেশ সেনাবাহিনীর অবসরপ্রাপ্ত সদস্য প্রার্থীদের বিশেষ অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
Responsibilities & Context:
প্রতিষ্ঠানের সার্বিক নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা পরিকল্পনা, পরিচালনা ও তদারকি করা।
সকল Security Guard-এর দায়িত্ব, ডিউটি রোস্টার, পোস্টিং ও শিফট ব্যবস্থাপনা করা।
Main Gate, Entry/Exit Point, Visitor Management এবং Vehicle Movement যথাযথভাবে নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা।
কারখানার সম্পদ, কাঁচামাল, পণ্য ও অন্যান্য গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সামগ্রীর নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করা।
চুরি, অনুপ্রবেশ, অগ্নিকাণ্ড, দুর্ঘটনা বা অন্যান্য নিরাপত্তাজনিত ঘটনা প্রতিরোধে প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা।
যেকোনো Security Incident দ্রুত শনাক্ত, নিয়ন্ত্রণ এবং কর্তৃপক্ষকে অবহিত করা।
জরুরি পরিস্থিতিতে Emergency Response ও Evacuation কার্যক্রমে নেতৃত্ব প্রদান করা।
Security Guard-দের নিয়মিত Briefing, Discipline ও Performance Monitoring নিশ্চিত করা।
দৈনিক Security Report, Incident Report এবং অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় প্রতিবেদন প্রস্তুত ও কর্তৃপক্ষের নিকট উপস্থাপন করা।
প্রতিষ্ঠানের Security Policy, SOP এবং নির্দেশনা যথাযথভাবে বাস্তবায়ন করা।
