Security/Protocol In Charge usually include prior defense or military background, 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience, and specific physical or technical qualifications Septically Rtd Major or Captain or Similar designation others law enforcement department and Height must be 6 feet.

Job Context:

We are looking to hire an experienced professional a Security/Protocol in Charge for Khulshi & Agrabad Branch) centers on protecting an organization's physical premises, assets, employees, and visitors by leading daily security operations, enforcing safety rules, and managing security Staff & Others environments

Job Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Supervise, schedule, and train shift security guards and officers.

Access Control: Oversee entry and exit points, visitor logs, and ID verification procedures.

Surveillance and Patrols: Monitor CCTV feeds, alarm systems, and routine property patrols.

Emergency Response: Act as the lead coordinator during fires, medical events, or security breaches, liaising with local police or medical services.

Reporting: Document daily logs, investigate security violations, and write detailed incident reports.

 Experience: Prior background in military, law enforcement, or corporate security supervision.

Skills: Strong crisis management, conflict resolution, communication, and technical familiarity with modern surveillance systems.
