Security Manpower Sourcing & Recruitment

· Independently source, screen, and recruit security guards and supervisors for all operational zones.

· Develop and maintain a continuous manpower pipeline of at least 30–50 qualified candidates.

· Conduct interviews, background verification, reference checks, and documentation processes.

· Build and maintain recruitment networks and sourcing channels across different districts.

· Operations & Deployment Management

· Plan and coordinate deployment of security personnel across all projects.

·        Ensure uninterrupted manpower availability and emergency replacement arrangements.

·        Supervise Assistant Manager (Operations) and Zone Supervisors.

· Monitor field operations, attendance, discipline, uniform compliance, and SOP implementation.

Training & Coordination

· Coordinate with Training Center for induction training, refresher training, and deployment scheduling.

· Evaluate performance of recruits and recommend disciplinary or corrective actions.

Reporting & Compliance

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly manpower and operational reports.

· Maintain manpower database, vacancy reports, attrition reports, and deployment records.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Key Competencies (Mandatory)

· The candidate must have proven capability to independently source and mobilize qualified security guards without dependency on external security agencies.
