Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context: একটি স্বনামধন্য গ্রুপ অব কোম্পানির জন্য Security In-Charge এবং Security Supervisor পদে দক্ষ, দায়িত্বশীল ও অভিজ্ঞ জনবল নিয়োগ করা হবে। নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীরা প্রতিষ্ঠানের সার্বিক নিরাপত্তা কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা, নিরাপত্তা টিম তদারকি এবং প্রতিষ্ঠানের নিরাপত্তা নীতিমালা বাস্তবায়নে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করবেন।
Responsibilites:
প্রতিষ্ঠানের সার্বিক নিরাপত্তা কার্যক্রম তদারকি ও নিয়ন্ত্রণ।
Security Supervisor ও Guard টিম পরিচালনা এবং ডিউটি রোস্টার ব্যবস্থাপনা।
Risk Assessment, Incident Investigation এবং নিরাপত্তা সংক্রান্ত রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত।
SOP বাস্তবায়ন ও প্রতিষ্ঠানের নিরাপত্তা নীতিমালা অনুসরণ নিশ্চিত করা।
Requirements:
ন্যূনতম HSC বা সমমান পাস। (স্নাতক ডিগ্রিধারীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।)
নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থাপনায় ৫–৭ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা, যার মধ্যে ২–৩ বছর সুপারভাইজরি/ইন-চার্জ পদে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা।
Security Operations, CCTV, Fire Safety, Access Control এবং Emergency Response বিষয়ে বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা।
নেতৃত্ব, টিম ম্যানেজমেন্ট, সমস্যা সমাধান, রিপোর্টিং এবং MS Office ব্যবহারে দক্ষতা।
