Job Description – Security Officer

Kumudini Welfare Trust (KWT), Mirzapur Complex

• Ensure the safety and security of patients, students, staff, doctors, employees, visitors, and KWT property across the Hospital, Nursing College, Medical College, School & College, and other KWT establishments.

• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and emergency protocols for the KWT Mirzapur Complex.

• Supervise, train, deploy, and monitor all security personnel to ensure effective duty performance.

• Conduct regular patrolling and security inspections across the Hospital, Nursing College, Medical College, School & College, residential areas, and other KWT premises.

• Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies, accidents, incidents, unauthorized access, fire alarms, theft, and other security threats.

• Coordinate and liaise with local law enforcement, fire service, ambulance, and other emergency services when required.

• Maintain accurate security registers, incident records, visitor records, duty rosters, and daily, periodic security reports and submit them to management.

• Monitor entry and exit points, visitors, vehicles, CCTV surveillance, and access control systems to maintain a safe environment.

• Conduct security awareness programs and advise students, staff, patients, visitors, and the KWT community on safety and security practices.

• Take necessary measures for crowd control, VIP movement, events, examinations, emergency situations, and special security requirements.

• Investigate security incidents and submit incident reports with recommendations for corrective and preventive measures.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the KWT Management.
