• Applications are invited from retired personnel of the Bangladesh Army and Bangladesh Police.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Bangladesh Police.

• Kumudini Welfare Trust of Bengal (bd) ltd is looking for a competent candidate for the Position of ‘‘Security In charge” for its Kumudini Complex Mirzapur.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive security policies and procedures, monitoring daily security operations, and ensuring adherence to established protocols.

  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.

  • Supervise and manage a team of security personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

  • Ensure all security staff are adequately trained in hospital security protocols, emergency procedures, and customer service.

  • Investigate security breaches, thefts, and other incidents, compiling detailed reports and maintaining accurate records.

  • Provide regular reports on security activities, incidents, and improvement measures to the Manager & Head of Security Services.

  • Create procedures for the identification of people, approval of limited areas and security of private information.
