Experience:
Minimum HSC from a recognized institution.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline will be an added advantage.
Candidates with strong relevant security operations experience may be considered with lower academic qualifications
Good command of written and spoken English and Bangla.
Sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel, email and internet applications
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in security services, security supervision, facility management, administration, law enforcement or related fields.
Experience in a reputed private security company will be preferred.
Candidates must possess a valid motorcycle driving license and own a motorcycle
The position requires flexibility and willingness to conduct client and post visits during both daytime and nighttime, as operational requirements may dictate.
Candidates with experience supervising multiple security posts/sites with motor cycle will receive preference.
Experience with corporate, multinational, bank, financial institution, factory, commercial, NGO/INGO, diplomatic or institutional security operations will be an advantage.
Retired/Ex-members of Bangladesh Armed Forces, Police, BGB or Ansar with relevant private-sector security operations experience may be preferred.

The position is primarily field-based. The incumbent will be required to visit multiple client locations and may be required to perform night inspections, emergency duties and extended working hours depending on operational requirements with self-driven motor cycle.
Job Context: Sentry Security Services Ltd. (SSSL) is looking for disciplined, energetic, physically fit and experienced professionals for the position of Field Security Inspector – Operations.
The incumbent will be responsible for supervising and monitoring deployed security personnel at assigned client locations, ensuring proper manpower deployment, discipline, attendance, post compliance, security standards and service quality. The position requires extensive field movement and regular coordination with Security In-charges, Security Guards, clients and the Operations Department.
The successful candidate must be capable of working independently, responding quickly to operational situations and maintaining professional relationships with clients and field personnel.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor Security Guards, Security In-charges and other field security personnel at assigned client locations.
Ensure all security posts are continuously manned according to approved manpower requirements and duty schedules.
Conduct regular scheduled and surprise visits to assigned security posts, including night visits when required.
Check attendance, punctuality, turnout, discipline, alertness and overall performance of deployed security personnel.
Ensure security personnel properly understand and comply with their respective Post Orders, SOPs and client instructions.
Verify duty rosters and ensure proper deployment, shift changes and replacement of absent personnel.
Immediately report absenteeism, negligence, misconduct, indiscipline or operational deficiencies to the Operations Department.
Coordinate with the Operations Department for immediate replacement of absent or unavailable security personnel.
Maintain close communication with Security In-charges and site-level supervisors regarding daily operational matters.
Visit client sites regularly and collect feedback regarding the quality and performance of security services.
Maintain professional relationships with clients, site representatives and other stakeholders.
Identify security weaknesses, operational gaps and potential risks during field inspections and report them to the concerned authority.
Monitor access-control procedures, visitor management, vehicle movement, gate control, patrol activities and other site-specific security arrangements.
Ensure guards maintain proper registers, occurrence books, visitor records, key registers and other operational documents.
Verify that security equipment, communication devices, uniforms, safety equipment and other operational resources are properly maintained and used.
Respond promptly to incidents such as theft, attempted theft, unauthorized access, fire, accident, disorder, security breach or other emergencies.
Immediately escalate serious incidents to the Manager/Assistant Manager – Operations and client representatives as appropriate.
Assist in preliminary investigation of security incidents and prepare factual incident reports.
Assist in mobilizing reserve personnel during emergencies, special assignments and manpower shortages.
Ensure newly deployed security personnel receive proper site briefing and orientation.
Assist the Operations Department in transferring, reshuffling or redeploying field personnel according to operational requirements.
Monitor the grooming, uniform, personal hygiene and professional conduct of deployed security personnel.
Conduct briefing and counselling sessions for guards whenever required.
Support the Operations Department during new-site mobilization, demobilization and manpower expansion.
Assist in conducting security surveys and site assessments when required.
Submit daily/weekly field visit reports and other operational reports to the reporting manager.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Management/Operations Department.
