As one of the most renowned residential educational institutions for female students in Bangladesh, Bharateswari Homes School & College is seeking a dynamic, experienced, visionary, and dedicated Vice Principal to provide academic and administrative leadership. The successful candidate will support the Principal in ensuring academic excellence, student discipline, residential student welfare, staff supervision, and the overall development of the institution.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Principal in the overall management and administration of the institution.

• Monitor and enhance academic performance and educational standards.

• Supervise and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.

• Ensure student discipline, welfare, and character development.

• Oversee and ensure the welfare, discipline, and safety of residential students.

• Coordinate with residential staff, house tutors, and hostel authorities to maintain a healthy learning and living environment.

• Monitor residential activities and support students' personal, social, and academic development.

• Coordinate academic planning, examinations, and co-curricular activities.

• Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and stakeholders.

• Support strategic planning and institutional development initiatives.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Principal or Management.
