Academic Leadership & Curriculum Coordination
· Review lesson plans: Check the lesson plans, worksheets, QPs and coordinate with the subject teachers.
· Monitor syllabus completion: Track the lesson progress across all sections of grades 5, 6, and 7 to ensure standard timelines are met.
· Manage examinations: Supervise the creation, scheduling, and formatting of test papers and assessments.
· Analyze student data: Identify performance trends, weaknesses, and academic areas needing improvement.
· Support slow learners: Design remedial programs and coordinate intervention plans for struggling students.
Classroom Management & Discipline
· Enforce school regulations: Supervise behavioral policies, uniform rules, and code-of-conduct compliance.
· Resolve peer conflicts: Address and manage behavioral issues, bullying, or social disputes typical of middle schoolers.
· Appoint class student leaders: Oversee the selection of student monitors or class officials to encourage youth responsibility.
· Conduct daily inspections: Ensure clean, organized, and physically safe environments across the grade levels.
Administrative & Operations Support
· Manage daily timetables: Handle regular schedules and assign substitute teachers during sudden faculty absences.
· Audit student documentation: Verify student portfolios, attendance logs, and internal report cards.
· Resource coordination: Supervise the distribution, inventory, and management of textbooks and school supplies.
Communication & Stakeholder Liaison
· Connect staff and leadership: Act as the main communicative link between the school principal and the teaching team.
· Organize parent-teacher conferences: Lead grade-level parent meetings to address student performance or social transitions.
· Resolve parental concerns: Serve as the first point of contact for parents regarding grade-specific inquiries.
