Korea Vision is a Korean language institute and Student consultancy firm dedicated to helping students build their academic and career pathways in South Korea. We provide Korean language training, educational guidance, and consultancy services for students aspiring to study, develop their skills, and pursue opportunities in Korea.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and target-oriented Student Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with students, communicating with people, understanding their goals, and guiding them toward suitable educational opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

• Counsel students and prospective students regarding Korean language courses, study opportunities, admission pathways, and related educational services.

• Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, interests, and financial considerations to provide appropriate guidance.

• Communicate clearly with students and parents through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, messaging platforms, and other communication channels.

• Handle inquiries from prospective students and provide accurate and professional information about Korea Vision's courses and consultancy services.

• Follow up with prospective students regularly and convert inquiries/leads into enrollments.

• Maintain strong and professional relationships with students, parents, and prospective clients.

• Assist students throughout the counseling and enrollment process and ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Support students with basic documentation, application procedures, course selection, and other relevant processes.

• Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, follow-ups, applications, and enrollments.

• Coordinate with the teams to ensure students receive timely support.

• Achieve individual and team enrollment/recruitment targets through ethical and professional counseling practices.

• Participate in seminars, student counseling sessions, education fairs, promotional activities, and other student recruitment initiatives.

• Strong follow-up, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Target-oriented, proactive, disciplined, and willing to learn.

• Good command of Bangla and English communication.

• Candidates with experience in student counseling, education consultancy, sales, customer service, telemarketing, or business development will have an added advantage.
