About Amal Amal is a Muslim lifestyle and impact platform designed to make positive daily actions simple, engaging and meaningful. Our philosophy is centered on love, compassion, positive action and peaceful coexistence rather than fear-based religious engagement. Alongside its digital platform, Amal is developing a grassroots Fellowship Program through which young people will introduce Amal directly to communities, demonstrate the platform, communicate its purpose and inspire people to become active members of the Amal community. Job Summary We are looking for an exceptional Fellowship Trainer who can eventually become the Master Trainer for Amal Bangladesh. This is not primarily a classroom or academic training position. We need someone who is highly persuasive, energetic, articulate and inspirational, with the ability to transform young fellows into confident and effective communicators. Key Responsibilities Develop fellows who can: - Approach and engage people naturally and confidently. - Explain Amal's mission and philosophy in a simple, emotionally compelling way. - Demonstrate the platform effectively. - Use storytelling and persuasive communication without sounding like conventional salespeople. - Handle questions, hesitation and objections intelligently. - Inspire people to download Amal and participate in its community. - Represent Amal with professionalism, empathy and integrity. What We Want This Person to Build Beyond conducting training sessions, this individual will help create the Amal Fellowship Training System — including communication techniques, field scripts, role-playing, objection handling, practical simulations and measurable certification standards. Most importantly, the person should be capable of developing a Train-the-Trainer (TTT) model so that a small group of excellent trainers can subsequently train hundreds and eventually thousands of fellows across Bangladesh. What matters most is exceptional communication, persuasion, facilitation and the proven ability to bring out confidence and performance in young people. We are looking for someone who can build not merely a training program, but a culture and movement of confident young ambassadors for Amal.
