Responsibilities & Context:

Maple Tree Education Service is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Student Consultant who has strong practical knowledge and hands-on experience in European student admission and visa processing.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling students from initial counselling to admission and visa application, with particular expertise in European study destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional counselling to students interested in studying in European countries.

• Must have strong knowledge and practical experience in European student admission and visa processing.

• Assess students’ academic profiles, study gaps, financial background, English proficiency and career goals to recommend suitable countries, universities and programs.

• Handle university/college applications independently, including document preparation, application submission, follow-up and offer letter processing.

• Have good knowledge of admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, application procedures and intake deadlines of European institutions.

• Guide students regarding financial documentation, proof of funds and other visa-related requirements.

• Prepare and review complete student visa application files and ensure documentation meets the requirements of the respective country.

• Provide guidance on SOP/Motivation Letter, CV, financial documents and other supporting documents required for admission and visa applications.

• Keep students updated throughout the admission and visa process and maintain proper follow-up.

• Communicate professionally with universities, colleges, partners and students when required.

• Stay updated on changes in European admission policies, student visa requirements and immigration regulations.

• Maintain accurate student records and update application status regularly.

• Work closely with the admission, visa processing and management teams to ensure smooth and timely processing.

• Achieve assigned student enrolment and conversion targets while maintaining professional counselling standards.

• Candidates having established knowledge, institutional connections or previous successful student placements in European destinations will be given preference.
