- Prior experience in counseling, student advising, or study abroad consultancy is preferred.
- Knowledge of International education systems (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Europe) will be an added advantage.
- Ability to guide students in university selection, admission requirements, and visa processes.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for dedicated, goal-orientated tele-sales executives to handle student enquiries for higher education in India. You will focus on qualifying leads, screening student documents, and converting prospective applicants.
Student Counselling & Conversion: Call prospective students/parents over the phone and WhatsApp to explain university options, courses, fee structures, and scholarship opportunities in India.
Lead Screening & File Filtering: Evaluate student academic records (SSC/HSC/Bachelor's) to filter genuine, eligible candidates and maintain high-quality file processing targets.
Follow-up & Closing: Maintain regular contact with leads, resolve queries regarding admissions, and guide them to submit required documents for university offer letters.
Database Management: Keep accurate daily logs of student communications, file status, and follow-up schedules in the system.
