For Admission

• Strong understanding of foreign university admission processes, including entry requirements, scholarship options, and application deadlines.

• Ability to review and verify academic documents (transcripts, SOPs, recommendation letters, etc.).

• Experience working with university agent or partner portals is highly preferred.

• Skilled in client communication and counseling students professionally.

• Proficiency in data entry, documentation, and record maintenance.

For Visa Processor:

• In-depth knowledge of embassy/consulate visa documentation and checklists for various countries.

• Familiarity with visa application portals such as DS-160, VFS, TLS, or VAC.

• Ability to review financial documents, sponsorship letters, tuition payment proofs, etc.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation (since minor mistakes can cause visa rejection).

• Capability to guide students for visa interviews and preparation.

Responsibilities & Context:

• The process involves counseling the students for UK, USA, Canada, Australia , New Zealand & European Countries
• provide appropriate counseling to help students select the right course
• Guide students through the application process, including document preparation, personal statements, and recommendations.
• The candidate must have extensive knowledge regarding the student visa process, writing SOP, and the admission procedure of different universities.
• Prepare necessary documents for application to visa submission, fill out forms and maintain files and records.
• Responsible for reviewing over student applications and determining whether or not students meet the requirements to participate in study abroad programs
• Must be active, dynamic, capable of working under pressure and target oriented.
• Stay updated on visa rules, regulations, and changes in immigration policies for various countries.
• Assist Study Abroad students in preparing and submitting visa applications, ensuring compliance with country-specific requirements.
