Education:

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

• Professional certification/training in Security Management, Investigation, Emergency Management or Risk Management preferred.

• Retired Commissioned Officers from Armed Forces, Police or equivalent organizations are encouraged to apply.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant security experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Experience in hospital, healthcare, corporate, critical infrastructure or similar environments preferred.

• Experience in investigations, emergency response, CCTV, access control, SOC operations and risk management.

• Experience in coordinating with external law-enforcement agencies.

• Manage day-to-day security operations and ensure effective deployment of security personnel.

• Lead security response during emergencies, disasters, VIP/VVIP visits and special events.

• Monitor security threats, gather intelligence and provide timely risk assessments.

• Lead investigations related to theft, pilferage, misconduct, workplace violence and security breaches.

• Manage the Security Operations Centre (SOC), CCTV, access control and surveillance systems.

• Ensure effective visitor management, access control and protection of restricted areas.

• Protect hospital assets, confidential information and resources from theft, fraud and unauthorized access.

• Manage traffic, parking, ambulance movement and material movement control.

• Conduct security risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.

• Coordinate with Police, Fire Service, law-enforcement and other external agencies.

• Conduct security training, drills, inspections and staff performance monitoring.

• Ensure compliance with security policies, SOPs, regulatory requirements and JCI standards.

• Prepare security reports, incident analyses and management updates.

• Drive continuous improvement in security systems, processes and operational readiness.
