Job Responsibilities
* Conduct regular night inspections at assigned sites to ensure security operations are running effectively.
* Monitor the attendance, discipline, and performance of security guards.
* Identify and report any security risks, incidents, or irregularities to management immediately.
* Prepare and submit daily inspection reports.
* Coordinate with site supervisors and security personnel to maintain a high standard of security.
* Ensure compliance with the company's security policies and operational procedures.
