Job Responsibilities & Context

• Develop creative and engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

• Generate fresh content ideas, concepts, hooks, and storylines based on brand goals and audience interests.

• Create content for Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, product/service campaigns, and social media posts.

• Work closely with the Video Editor and Cinematographer to plan and execute video content.

• Participate in on-camera content, presentations, product demonstrations, interviews, and promotional videos when required.

• Write or assist with scripts, captions, video hooks, and creative copy.

• Research current social media trends, viral formats, sounds, topics, and content styles and adapt them to the brand.

• Understand the target audience and create content that drives engagement, reach, leads, and brand awareness.

• Assist in planning content calendars and campaign concepts.

• Coordinate with the creative team during shooting and production to ensure the desired content is captured.

• Review content performance and use insights to improve future content.

• Maintain consistency with the company's brand identity, tone, and visual style.

• Take feedback positively and make necessary improvements to content.

• Deliver assigned content within deadlines and production schedules.

The ideal candidate should understand social media culture, storytelling, audience psychology, and short-form video trends, and should be comfortable working both behind and in front of the camera when required.
