Responsibilities & Context:

• Lead the organization’s creative direction and digital content strategy, ensuring consistency with brand identity.

• Develop and execute monthly social media and digital content plans across relevant platforms.

• Conceptualize and develop integrated campaigns, creative concepts, and briefs..

• Manage and oversee content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

• Establish content priorities, production timelines, and publishing schedules.

• Lead and coordinate the work of reporters, designers, photographers/videographers, and video editors.

• Provide clear creative briefs and ensure content meets quality, brand, and communication standards.

• Review and approve final content before publication.

• Monitor content performance, audience engagement, and platform analytics and translate insights into actionable improvements.

• Coordinate digital campaigns and paid media requirements with external agencies and vendors where applicable.

• Manage and deliver digital content requirements for partners and sponsors.

• Stay updated on emerging digital trends, platform developments, content formats, and audience behaviors.
