Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in social media moderation, customer support, or e-commerce.
• Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.
• Good knowledge of Facebook Business Suite/Messenger and social media platforms.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Must be responsible, punctual, and comfortable working in a team.
• Candidates with e-commerce experience will get preference

• Monitor and manage Facebook, Instagram, and other social media inboxes/comments.
• Respond to customer queries professionally and promptly.
• Handle product inquiries, order-related questions, and customer follow-ups.
• Maintain a positive and professional tone while communicating with customers.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team when required.
• Track customer conversations and follow up on potential orders.
