Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, strategic and communication-focused Brand Communication Executive to strengthen Euro Decor's brand presence, communication and customer engagement across digital and offline channels.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand the brand, products, target customers and business objectives and convert them into clear, engaging and consistent communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand communication plans aligned with Euro Decor's business objectives.

• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

• Develop content ideas and communication strategies for products, projects, campaigns and corporate activities.

• Create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, website and other relevant platforms.

• Develop product-focused communication highlighting product features, benefits, applications and solutions.

• Work closely with the Graphic Designer to convert communication ideas into creative visuals.

• Coordinate with the Sales, Business Development, Architect and Interior Design teams to collect project stories, product information and market insights.

• Develop communication for product launches, campaigns, showroom activities and promotional events.

• Prepare captions, product sample, product catalogue, product descriptions, campaign copy, corporate messages and other marketing content.

• Support the development of brochures, catalogues, company profiles, presentations and other brand materials.

• Develop communication highlighting Euro Decor's projects, products, expertise and customer solutions.

• Coordinate photography, videography, product shoots and content production when required.

• Monitor customer responses, engagement and market feedback.

• Track social media and communication performance and prepare regular reports.

• Monitor competitor communication, market trends and industry developments.

• Maintain and strengthen Euro Decor's brand voice and positioning.

• Ensure that all communication reflects the company's values, professionalism and commitment to trust.

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Media, English or a relevant field.

• 3–5 years of experience in brand communication, marketing, content, digital marketing or a related field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.

• Strong copywriting and storytelling ability.

• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital communication.

• Strong understanding of branding, customer communication and marketing concepts.

• Ability to develop creative campaign ideas and content strategies.

• Good coordination and project management skills.

• Basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools will be an advantage.

• Experience in interior, architecture, building materials, furniture, lifestyle or related industries will be preferred.

• Creative, organized, proactive and highly responsible.
